Boardercross, where speed meets big mountain riding on a race course with your friends! If this sounds like fun, then boardercross is for you! There's nothing subjective about boardercross, the fastest person down the course wins. We've set these short camps up to coincide with the 2010 USASA National Championship @ Copper Mountain to provide riders with the best opportunity to prepare themselves for the up coming contests. The training camps will be coached by Copper Mountain's boardercross speedster Kim Krahulec. Kim's most recent additions to her long resume include back to back US Snowboarding Grand Prix SBX podium appearances in 2008 & 2009 and the 2008 FIS NorAM Women's SBX Championship crown. Riders must be proficient intermediate snowboarders with a desire to become a better boardercross racer and all mountain riders. Schedule of dates and times are shown below. Space is limited to 8 riders per day only. Riders will be provided with coaching, access to the course and a lift ticket. Early sign up is highly recommended. You must check in at the Event Registration Office located adjacent to the main ticket window, lower level of Copper One.
